I've had to make several claims with 21st Century and it's always been fast and efficient. When one claim involved a dispute over fault, my adjuster worked with me carefully and let me know what was happening at all times, even phoning me to tell me when the other claims adjuster was about to call.

I have had 21st Century insurance for over 4 years. Every year my insurance rate has decreased by at least 3% from the previous year. Part of the way they are able to keep their costs down is that they only insure drivers with good driving records. On an average when I've shopped around for insurance, all the quotes have been at least $100 higher than my present policy with 21st Century.

Both my wife and I have had accidents in the last couple of years (this is LA, after all). Hers was major, mine was rather minor. In both cases, the 21st Century Insurance investigator called promptly and didn't 2nd guess us or hesitate in any way. My wife's car was totaled in the accident and we actually recovered a greater (20%) amount for the car than what I expected from the Kelly Blue Book. In my accident, the insurance paid for the collission quickly and professionally.
