less than my college bookstore

I had heard about A1Books from a couple of students around campus and thought I'd check them out. Boy, am I glad I did! They had all the textbooks I needed for much less than my college bookstore. Needless to say, I've told every single student I've come in contact with about them. With a student's budget like mine, I like knowing that I'm saving everytime I shop at A1Books.com.

I'm a Martial Arts freak. If I was as good at a particular art as I was infatuated by them I'd be a super grand master :). Anyone who buys Martial Arts books knows that they can get really expensive to get good ones because lots are translated from japanese and didn't become apreciated until they were starting to go out of print. I searched and found a book about Kendo (Japanese Swordplay if you will) at one of the sites I usually buy from but they were simply letting someone sell through them and the lowest price new and used was 66 dollars!! I read that the book is worth much more mind you in wealth of information but I simply couldn't afford it so I searched on some comparison shopping sites and managed to come upon A1Books with the lowest price on it. New it was 20.62 WOW. I also bought the other books at A1 that I was planning buying on the other site. 'The Craft of the Japanese Sword' and 'The Samurai Sword: a Handbook' which were at least a couple dollars less exp ensive at A1 for a grand total of 60.66 9.87 shipping and handling. That's about 6 dollars less than I would have paid for the one book at the other site - if you simply look at the prices of the books. The book by the way was 'Kendo: a Definitive Guide'. Sorry to be so long I just wanted to share what I thought of this great site with the rest of the Netizens out there.

I could not believe how much cheaper the audio book was that I purchased from A1 books. In addition the wait time was very short. The only difference I notice between A1 and other internet book vendors is lower prices!!!
