I ordered a West Bend Slow Cooker from another website, waited way too long for it to be shipped and finally canceled my order with them. I found Ace Hardware and ordered the very same item and, in the blink of an eye, the slow cooker arrived at my door. I had emailed Ace Hardware customer service the day before it arrived to inquire as to when I could expect it,and was very surprised to find a real customer service department with real people who answered immediately! I cannot say enough about my shopping experience with Ace Hardware, except to say that I will never order anything again without first checking with them. I highly recommend that you try them for your next purchase.

This could not have been better. I ordered a percolator on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. It was the same price at Amazon, but Ace didn't charge for shipping. Do patronize Ace -- this kind of service deserves support.
